ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (June 26, 2025) – Albuquerque ER & Hospital proudly announces its support of the Hospitals Against Violence national initiative, a campaign to combat violence in healthcare settings and the broader community. As part of this commitment, Albuquerque ER & Hospital will work to create a safer environment for patients and staff by helping raise public awareness about the impacts of violence and the importance of prevention.

Launched by the American Hospital Association, the Hospitals Against Violence initiative brings attention to the growing threat violence poses to public health and safety. By joining this national effort, Albuquerque ER & Hospital stands with healthcare organizations and systems across the country to help end community violence and support those affected by it, within and outside the healthcare system.
