My visit to Albuquerque ER & Hospital was hands down the best experience I have ever had at an emergency room. Check-in was smooth. I was seen quickly. The staff listened. The doctor was through, listened to all my concerns, and was so caring. All the testing was efficient and the doctor had results quickly. I felt well cared for my entire visit. This is what health care should feel like!

I went in for treatment for a respiratory bug that was getting worse. Walked into the bldg at 6:15am, was immediately taken to an exam room and seen by CMA for vitals. Dr came right in for the checkup. He did a thorough exam. I got a chest xray there ( witout driving to another site like my PCP would have needed). MD sent a couple Rxs and I was done. Excellent Urgent Care !!!

Such a great experience in a not so great circumstance. The staff was phenomenal from check in to the minute we walked out. Very fast and efficient service! Will be using them when needed in the future!

I was referred by a coworker to come to Albuquerque ER & Hospital for my ankle injury. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone I interacted with showed a lot of compassion and professionalism.
Even when my wait was a little longer due to more urgent patients, they made sure I was comfortable and even brought snacks while I was in my room. That level of care really stood out to me.
For a situation like going to the ER with a torn ligament in my ankle, they made the experience as positive and stress free as possible. I truly appreciated the kindness and care from the entire team. I would definitely recommend them.
