As someone who has worked in healthcare for 15 years, I really feel the need to recognize exceptional care when I experience it firsthand. I was seen at Albuquerque ER & Hospital last night for a shoulder injury and was honestly blown away by how quickly and professionally everything was handled.
Antoine, up front in registration, was great as he explained the check in process clearly and quickly and allowed for me to get back and be seen by the clinical team within minutes!
Dr. Atencio was compassionate, thorough, and excellent throughout the visit, and Nurse Ted was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful time. The entire staff made the experience smooth and comfortable, and I’m very grateful for the level of care I received.
