Dr. Derek DeTemple came to Albuquerque to work in January 2016 with the promise to provide exceptional service in care and skills for all medical emergencies.  He loved the city, the climate, and the outdoor recreational opportunities and moved here from Mesa, Arizona, in 2018. 

He likes to spend time with his wife and children in his free time. He is an avid runner and has run over 40 marathons, including the Boston Marathon, 11 times.
