(July 5, 2024) – Albuquerque ER & Hospital is thrilled to announce that it has been recognized as the ‘Best Place to Work’ in the June issue of the Albuquerque Business First business journal for three years in a row. The award celebrates businesses that successfully create an exceptional and transformative workplace culture for employees.

The annual Best Place to Work Awards by the business journal allows nominated companies’ employees to complete an anonymous survey for consideration. The award recognizes and honors local businesses for their exceptional dedication to organizational change to improve the workplace environment for employees and clients. The award winners are selected based on the percentage of employees who complete the survey and then are divided into five categories based on employee size.

Albuquerque ER & Hospital has been honored with the ‘Best Place to Work’ award for the third year in the large business category among 38 other organizations across New Mexico. This recognition highlights how the employees view the organization as a place that goes above and beyond to create a workplace worth celebrating.
